A and I have decided to put our names in as the potential adoptive family for Star. I am a bit nervous...but after LOTS of thought and discussion and prayer...we feel that we can be this little girls forever family. And work our hardest to make sure she has the best care she needs!
We understand that we are not at all prepared for this...but most families are not. We are really good at "winging" it...but in a totally good sense. We have so much love for this little girl, and if God wants her here...then that is where she shall be!
There are other families that are being considered at this time. So we really do not know what the outcome will be. We trust the adoption worker (same on we had with Eva) that she will make the best decision for this precious girl!

remind me...who is star? Did you do respite for her?
Hope - It is super exciting!
D - We did respite for her last summer. She is almost 2 with lots of medical needs.
