We received a referral for an 18 month old girl who was classified as Failure to Thrive. She is 17 lbs. and is at the developmental stage of an 8 month old infant. Her name is Ruth. And I fell in love with her the minute I heard of her.
Now, our home was not chosen to care for Ruth....but my heart will not let her go. I have been in constant prayer for her. And for her recovery, as her plan is to return home with bio mom.
I ask you to please pray for precious Ruth. I hope that she is safe and able to grow over these next 6 months, and so forth. And that she is blessed with a loving family!
