They Say It's My Birthday!

Well look at that! It is my birthday!

Sooooo....Happy birthday to me!

Our Journey

~June 26, 1999 - Anthony and I were married!!
~We wanted children right away! And I had a time line...4 by the time I was 30! Easy, right? I was only 19!!
~Two years into marriage and still nothing!! Is something wrong?
~Went to see the first OBGYN in 2003 to talk about IF. Thought maybe there might be something wrong. Told me I was still young! Put me on pre-natals. Still nothing!
~In 2005 we saw our 2nd doc. He said that there was something deff wrong and he would FIX IT!!! Give him 3 months! He started me on NaPro. I joined an IF support group!
~Was taking soooo many pills and vitamins I thought I would rattle when I moved! Was tracking each days fertilit and HATED it!!! I was under so much stress, seeing how I was not getting PG just made it worse.
~In August 05 I had a laporoscopy for possible Endo! I had all the horrible symptons and no Endo! Was really mad! Had a 3 month window of increased fertility....still nothing!
~Never went back to that doc! As far as I was concerned, he LIED to me! Hey...I was an emotional mess!!!!
~In October 2006, we decided to no longer TTC. Seven years was long enough!!!
~Decided to become Foster Parents in December 06. WOW!!! We were going to have children!!!! So excited!!
~April 6, 2007 - Our first foster child, a 16 year old boy who hated me!!! YAY!! I am a mom!!! LOL!!!
~May 5, 2009 - We adopted our precious little girl from Foster Care!!
~To date - 2011 - we have had 15 foster children in just 4 years! And still loving it! And still infertile!!
~Sept 2010 -Added little Elise to our family. Starting the adoption process, again!
